Appleseed’s - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought some clothes online and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I've been getting from the company. I ordered my stuff over a week ago, thinking I'd get it in 6-8 business days like they said on the website. But it's been 11 days now and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. This delay is really frustrating and it's causing me a lot of inconvenience because I was expecting to have my stuff by now. I contacted customer service about it and they told me my order will now take 11-14 days to arrive. The fact that there's such a big difference between what the website says and when I'll actually get my stuff is not okay with me, and it's making me reconsider shopping with this company in the future.

I bought a dress for an event happening on December 8th thinking I had plenty of time for it to come with the regular 8-10 days shipping. Turns out Appleseeds doesn't ship right away, but 8-10 days from when they actually send it out, which was almost a week after I placed my order. Now, it says it's going to come on the same day as my event, so now I gotta find a new outfit in a rush. If they were upfront about their shipping policy, I would've gone for faster shipping or just bought somewhere else for my dress.
