TrackingI just bought a necklace from this store and was pretty bummed when I saw the tracking said it was delivered, but it wasn't at my door. I reached out to customer service and they told me to file a claim with the shipping company, so I did right away. After sending the case number, the store got back to me fast and said they'd send a replacement. I'm glad they sorted it out with just a few emails.
