CommunicationI gotta say, I was really impressed by the customer service rep I talked to about my side table. They knew their stuff and gave me all the details I needed about when it would arrive. It really helped me plan ahead. I liked how quick and clear they were in their responses. But I did knock off a star because I wish they had given me that info sooner to prevent any mix-ups.
