ServiceI ordered some bird cocktail glasses and man, I was so upset when I dropped them right after opening the box. It sucked to see them all broken like that. So, I emailed the company to see if they could give me a deal on a new set. And guess what? They not only gave me a discount, but sent me a free replacement! Their customer service was top-notch. I'm really pleased with how they handled everything.
