So, I bought some plates from this company not too long ago and let me tell you, it did not go well at all. I dropped a pretty penny on those plates and now I have no idea when they'll show up. I've tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times, but I haven't heard a peep back. It's got me feeling pretty annoyed and like I've been totally let down. Honestly, I'm thinking about calling up my credit card company to dispute the payment because of how poorly this company has treated me.

It was awesome to order in advance and have all the things I wanted ready. Only one item was delayed, but they assured me that they would send a replacement before Christmas Eve!

My experience with my lost parcel was a bit of a bummer at first since I had to keep bugging UPS to figure out what happened. But, they were pretty quick to send a replacement, so that's cool. Fingers crossed the replacement makes it to me without any hiccups this time.

I recently bought a gift set for my daughter's baby shower from this company. Gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. I ordered it 8 weeks in advance, but it only showed up the day before the shower. And to top it off, some of the items were missing! After going back and forth with customer service, they did agree to send the missing items. But when I finally got the complete set, it wasn't what was shown on the website. Pretty disappointing, to be honest. And their no refund or exchange policy really doesn't sit well with me. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.

I was looking to get some mule mugs for a party coming up, so I decided to order from this company. I contacted their customer support to ask if they could get the mugs to me in two weeks, and they suggested I choose priority shipping for faster delivery. It ended up taking about 5 days longer than I expected for processing, but luckily, the mugs arrived just in time for the party. I was happy with how they turned out, but next time, I would recommend ordering ahead of time to avoid any last-minute stress. Despite that, I might order from them again in the future.
