Returns & Refundsdon't expect a full refund if you return stuff to them — I ended up out a chunk for customs that they wouldn't cover. I first saw the sandals on a friend's Instagram and ordered without thinking about import rules. The website never mentioned non-refundable duties, and only after I complained they quietly added the line. Customer service was awkward and stuck to the new policy, so I lost £35 returning a £140 pair. I'm glad the shoes themselves were fine, and at least delivery was quick, but overall it's disappointing. Still thankful it wasn't worse.
