Worse, the glue at the front of both soles started to separate — a little gap at the toe area that grew. I even took photos. Design and comfort are big wins, but the construction really let me down. I wish they'd fix the finishing and use stronger bonding; then they'd be near perfect. As is, still wearable if you're careful, but I expected better at this price. Heads up to anyone thinking of buying: inspect them right away.

Communication was slow. Emails went unanswered for stretches. Then in early September someone replied saying the bag was in Greece and stuck in customs. That was accurate, I guess, but still no refund. It's now mid September and I haven't seen the money back. I was surprised that the tracking update was finally specific. Small surprise in a messy process. Overall the delivery and support need work. I won't order again until they fix their logistics. Also phone support never picked up when I called.

demand clear timelines up front and follow up early — it saves headaches. I’d give them another shot but with much lower expectations.
