OverallI bought a doll and book set from this company recently, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the whole thing. Ordering was a pain because the website kept crashing and it took way longer than I thought to finish. And trying to contact customer service was a nightmare - couldn't reach anyone to help with my issues. Plus, the prices were high, especially for the quality of the product. When my order finally showed up, the delivery was late and I didn't get any updates on what was going on. All in all, I was not happy with my shopping experience at all.
