Communicationflashy photos, confident delivery windows, the usual small print you ignore. Turns out those delivery windows were suggestions in a parallel universe. The thing I’ll harp on is the radio silence — they take your money up front and then disappear. Like, really disappear. Calls go to voicemail, emails get polite-sounding auto-replies and then… nothing. You can get used to waiting, but not to being ghosted. That was the worst part for me: the not-knowing, the slow drip of “we’ll get back to you” that never arrives. It made a small problem into a big, annoying saga.
