Returns & RefundsI didn't expect to love this, I was honestly skeptical — delivery times looked iffy and I'd had bad support before from other brands. But after a delayed week they actually replied, sorted a replacement and refunded the shipping confusion, so my worries mostly vanished. It's not flawless (box had a tiny dent, and wait was annoying), but overall it's solid and I'm glad I stuck with it.
