Short-lived win
Short-lived win
Funny thing — I was skeptical before buying, figured it looked too good to be true. Sure enough it fell apart in weeks. Tried customer support, got shrugged off. I've bought from smaller shops that lasted longer. Meh, won't buy again.

Saw it on a friend's wrist, told my sister. Delivery dragged, customer service annoying but got refund, relieved.

PriceI wouldn’t recommend them to everyone, but my order did arrive. I first saw the ad and a colleague tipped me. There was an extra FedEx duty bill despite 'free delivery' and customer service was slow, but I’m glad it showed up.

Returns & RefundsI didn't expect to love this, I was honestly skeptical — delivery times looked iffy and I'd had bad support before from other brands. But after a delayed week they actually replied, sorted a replacement and refunded the shipping confusion, so my worries mostly vanished. It's not flawless (box had a tiny dent, and wait was annoying), but overall it's solid and I'm glad I stuck with it.
Battery champ, app letdown

App & Portalhardware still feels solid, screen is nice, but the software support killed the fun. I expected better from Amazfit overall.
Fee-fumble with the Balance 2
Fee-fumble with the Balance 2
Priceit ships, and then I get an email saying I owe roughly two hundred more in taxes and duties. That one detail — the missing duty line — is the whole story. It turned the price up by nearly half. I pinged support a few times, crickets at first. I called FedEx to try to stop delivery; tracking looked weird, it still said "in transit" even when I was trying to cancel. I was ready to write them off as scammy. After I posted a blunt review they finally replied, saying they’d accept the return and refund once FedEx confirms it's on the way back. So now I'm cautiously optimistic. There’s some relief — they did agree to a refund — but the process felt sloppy, and the lack of clear fees up front is the thing that stung. If you’re thinking of ordering: check with a Canadian vendor first or be prepared for surprises. I’ll wait to see the refund hit my account before I change my tune fully, but at least they answered eventually. Small win, after a pretty annoying few weeks.
