I started wearing the skirt and shrug the weekend after they arrived; the fabric felt a touch more polyester-y than in the pics but was actually comfy. Had a small seam thing by the zipper and shot them a message — they replied quickly, sent a return label and offered an exchange without a fuss. They even checked back to make sure the swap worked. Little thank-you card in the box was a nice, unexpected touch. Delivery and customer service really made the difference.
