it threw errors all the time, got stuck in corners, wouldn’t float over rugs properly or return to base, and the app wouldn’t pair half the time. I even had a bad experience with another cheap cleaner before, so yeah, trust was low.
Service was a bumpy ride. The support team helped at first, then suggestions got weird — like, "take the housing apart" — which made me nervous. I nagged them, asked for a proper fix, and finally they sent a tech who did a firmware update and replaced a couple of internal parts. After that, things changed. It still hiccups now and then — sometimes it wanders a bit — but most runs are smooth, it actually maps, cleans edges, and goes home when it’s done. That moment when the living room looked noticeably cleaner and my back felt less tense? That’s when I decided it was worth keeping.
So not perfect, and it took effort and patience, but the end result beats my earlier expectations. Would recommend if you can tolerate a bit of back-and-forth with support.
