ServiceHey there, so I picked up these really adorable shoes, but oh my gosh, the customer service is just terrible! You can only reach out to them by email and then they don't even bother getting back to you! I mean, seriously, what's up with that? All I needed was some assistance with my order and now I'm left with these shoes that just don't fit right. Super disappointing.
