Quick-ish reply, friendly staff, actually helpful, eh

I'll buy from Adorama again. Daniel's help made the purchase painless. I was nervous spending on new pricey gear, after some rough runs with other shops, but their service calmed me down.

I ordered something that was taking forever to arrive, so I decided to cancel it. But they wouldn't let me cancel and just kept giving me a hard time. I had to call numerous times and no one was helping. Finally, this amazing lady Nancy came through and resolved everything for me. She's the best. But seriously, Adorama needs to improve their customer service and treat people better.

Adorama has always come through for me when it comes to getting camera gear. Their stuff is top quality and their prices are always fair. The people on the phone are amazing to work with, super knowledgeable and friendly. It's like talking to a buddy who knows everything about cameras. I completely trust Adorama for all my photography needs.

I gave customer service a call and got connected with Larry. He really helped me choose the best lens for my camera. Larry was so helpful and made sure I understood everything. When the lens showed up, it looked like it was right out of the box and even had the manual with it. I'm really satisfied with my purchase and the great service I got.
