ADOR - Reviews and experiences

As a customer at ADOR, I bought this big clothing item but it didn't fit me right. When I called customer service to get a return label, they wouldn't give me one and just wanted an exchange instead of a refund. I tried to explain but still couldn't get that label to send it back. It was so frustrating and now I'm just really bummed out about shopping at this company.

I bought two coats from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed with how everything went down. I left a not-so-great review about my experience and the company actually replied asking for more info, even though I had already given it on their website. I didn't hesitate to give them the extra details they wanted, but they told me I'd get a refund by March 16th. Well, it's now April 8th and I haven't seen a penny. I thought paying with PayPal would make things quicker, but apparently not. Despite reaching out to them twice after their first response, I'm worried I might never get my money back.

I recently bought a top from ADOR as a gift for a friend who was away for a month. When she got back and opened it, she realized it was the wrong size. It had been more than 14 days since I bought it, so I couldn't return it. I had to get another one in the right size, which was a hassle and cost me extra money. Next time, I'll be sure to think about their return policy before shopping at ADOR again.
