I ordered a few things not long ago that didn't turn out right and had to send them back. The return part was a breeze, but man, getting my money back has been a snail's pace. Even though they got my stuff back, I still haven't seen a dime back yet. I've talked to customer service a bunch of times, and all they give me is excuse after excuse for the hold-up. It's been a real hassle, so I'd suggest sticking with places that give your money back right away.

When I contacted customer service, they told me it was a system error that would take weeks to fix. It was so annoying and really soured my whole experience.

Hey everyone, so I just picked up these soccer shoes and man, the size is totally off. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if they could help me out, but the person just didn't understand what I needed. All I wanted was to swap them for the right size, you know? But nope, they couldn't do anything to sort it out, now I'm stuck waiting ages for a refund. Definitely not going back to them for my next purchase!

I can't even put into words how frustrated and mad I am with the online customer service of this company. I was just trying to make a simple return, but it's turned into a total nightmare. Even though the tracking says they got my return, I still haven't heard anything about my refund. And when I tried to reach out through chat, no surprise, nobody was there to help. It's crazy to me how a company can have great products but drop the ball so hard on customer service.

I ordered the wrong size shoes and was bummed to find out they don't do refunds or exchanges on some models. Not gonna shop here anymore, I'll just stick with Amazon.

Their product quality has definitely gone downhill, which is why I returned the item in the first place. Now, I'll only be checking out second-hand Adidas stuff or waiting for sales at other stores. It's frustrating to see big companies cutting corners and taking advantage of us consumers like this. We deserve better for our hard-earned money.
