Returns & RefundsI recently ordered a pair of lenses from this company, but unfortunately, they didn't give me the clear vision I was hoping for. Even though I had the right prescription, the lenses just weren't working for me. I contacted customer service, and they were really helpful and understanding the whole time. They quickly sent me another pair, but those didn't work for me either. I confirmed with my eye doctor that my prescription was correct. They then offered me a full refund without any issues. I was really impressed by how fast they responded and how well they understood the situation.

Returns & RefundsOrdering contact lenses from this company was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. It took forever for the delivery to show up, and when it did, the product was totally different from what was advertised. I wanted to return it, but they wouldn't take it back, saying it didn't meet their policy. This whole situation just really turned me off and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
