DeliverySo I ordered some lenses, and they took my money right away. But then they were all like, "sorry, not in stock - you gotta wait 10 more days". It felt like such a scam, I was totally ripped off. Sham, I tell ya!

DeliveryI recently bought some contact lenses from an online store I usually order from. Even though I've bought from them before, this time I had some big issues with my order. I usually order my lenses well in advance, like 15-20 days before I really need them. Sadly, my orders have been coming late consistently, making me really frustrated and causing me a lot of problems. The customer service people have given me a bunch of excuses for the delays, but I didn't find them very professional or satisfying. Because of all this, I can't really trust this company to give me my stuff on time anymore. Overall, my experience with them has been pretty disappointing and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
