CheckoutI recently had a really frustrating experience trying to buy contact lenses on this website. I wanted to place my order on a Monday, but the payment page wouldn't load, so I couldn't finish my purchase. I tried to contact customer service during the afternoon, but they were closed. So I tried the chat help instead, and they said they got my problem but I never heard back from them. When I tried again on Wednesday, they were closed again. Finally, on Friday, I got through but my prescription had expired by then because of the delays. The representative mentioned they were having issues with their payment page loading, which just made things worse. It was a real letdown and not very professional, so I would recommend others to find a different option.
