Returns & RefundsI'm really frustrated right now! I tried to order some books online, but my orders were cancelled not just once, but twice! It's like the sellers are messing around and posting listings they can't actually follow through with. I can't even leave negative feedback since the orders were cancelled. It's so shady and untrustworthy. What a complete waste of my time!

Returns & RefundsI ordered a book from this company not too long ago, but I never got it. I couldn't even track the package, even though they said I could in the email. I tried contacting their customer service by email several times to ask for a refund, but I didn't hear anything back or get my money back. I'm really let down by their poor communication and the whole situation. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
