Book purchase
Book purchase
CommunicationI had the worst experience with this website, eh. I bought a book and everything seemed fine, but then I never got an email or saw the order in my account. Spent all day trying to contact customer service, but couldn't find a phone number or email - nothing. Every time I clicked on the customer service link, it just sent me back to my account. It felt like they took my money and disappeared, eh. Don't even know if I'll get the book I paid for, eh.
Book ordered in early March
Book ordered in early March
CommunicationI ordered a book back in early March and right away I asked for the tracking information once I got the order confirmation. Even though I followed up twice, I still haven't heard anything back about the tracking number or an explanation for why it's taking so long. It's already almost May and my book still hasn't shown up. The company's lack of customer service and communication is just terrible. I've noticed others are dealing with the same issue. I won't be using this company again and I'm pretty frustrated and short on cash. How can we make these companies responsible and make sure customers aren't left in the dark?
Rare first edition book
Rare first edition book
CommunicationI bought a first edition book on this website not too long ago, but it never showed up. When I reached out for help, the customer service was not helpful at all. I kept going in circles with a system that felt like a robot, always asking for info I already gave when I placed my order. They said they would fix it, but they never did. After dealing with this for weeks, I decided to give up and find somewhere else to shop. I won't be using this website again and I'll make sure to tell others to be careful too.

Book orders
CommunicationMy experiences ordering books from this site have been really good. The communication with the sellers has been clear and quick, so I can always find the book I want in the right condition. The search function on the website is easy to use and helps me find what I need in the big selection of books they have. Overall, I'm happy with the service I've received from the sellers on this platform.
