TrackingMy experience buying Heartguard from this company was a total nightmare eh. I got a message saying my order was sent out, but after a whole week went by and I still didn't get it, I decided to get in touch with them. They told me they were waiting for my vet to okay the purchase, which seemed weird to me since my vet is always on the ball. I even called up my vet to double-check and they didn't have any record of being asked for authorization by the company. When I gave them another call to ask more questions, they said they were chatting with my vet and promised to keep me posted if there were any problems. But, I never got a call back from them or any updates on my order status.
