I tried to order some medication for my pet and gave their call center a call. It was a complete disaster. The representative on the line seemed to be from far away, maybe in Africa or somewhere like that, and we had a tough time communicating. I found out they were bought out by another company for a lot of money, and it looks like their customer service went downhill from there. I had to wait a long time on hold, the call kept cutting out, and the representatives struggled to speak English clearly. That's why I'll be going somewhere else for my pet's meds.

I recently reached out to customer service through chat because I'm a new customer in need of medication for my elderly pet. I wanted to know more about how to place an order. The representative gave me a quick answer, but then ended the chat super fast, in just .08 seconds. I didn't get a chance to ask anything else or clear up any confusion. I was left feeling disappointed and annoyed by the lack of help and the abrupt way they ended our conversation. I was hoping for a more supportive and patient attitude from customer service.
