ServiceI recently bought some ink cartridges online and at first I was happy with how easy it was to order them. But then things took a turn when I found out they were defective. I reached out to customer service for help, but it took them almost four hours to call me back. The person I talked to admitted the problem and said sorry for the hassle, promising to send me new cartridges. That was 21 days ago, and I'm still waiting for them. The fact that this company hasn't followed through is really disappointing. I'll definitely be going somewhere else for my ink needs in the future.
