I've been a loyal customer for years, but lately I've been having issues with the printer drums I got for my Dell printers. I've tried calling and sending emails, but I still haven't gotten a good answer about the faulty drums. And to make matters worse, my orders have been taking forever to get to me, which is really starting to get on my nerves.

I've ordered from this place before and everything was good, but this time was a disaster! I needed to buy some ink cartridges for my new printer, so I placed an order on March 13th, 2024. They said it was in stock, but surprise, it wasn't! I contacted customer service and they promised to ship it out on April 1st. Well, no surprises, I didn't receive any email, tracking info, or ink! I tried calling them numerous times, but no answer. I even sent them an email asking for an update, but got nothing. I finally had enough and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. This company is sketchy, don't bother wasting your time!

I ordered something online, eh, over a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped out! The website said it would only take 1-4 business days, but it's been 10 days now and my order is still stuck in "processing." I've sent a bunch of emails, but haven't gotten any response, eh. I'm super disappointed with the lack of communication and how slow they are processing my order.

What a total disaster dealing with this company! I ordered something online last week, and it's been sitting without being shipped. The tracking info says the label was made ages ago, but the actual item is stuck in the warehouse. I've sent emails to customer service a bunch of times, but no one's bothered to get back to me. Every time I called, I was stuck on hold for a crazy long 11 minutes and then sent straight to voicemail. Left messages, but no one bothered calling me back. Feels like they couldn't care less about their customers!
