DeliveryI recently bought four cartridges from this company, and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. They said all four would show up within a certain time frame, but it took three weeks and I only got one. When I called to ask about the missing cartridges, all I heard were excuses and promises they'd check into it and get back to me. Another week went by and still no solution. I ended up having to do a chargeback for the cartridges that never showed up. This company's way of doing business is sketchy, to say the least.

DeliveryI updated my shipping address before I ordered, but somehow it still went to the wrong spot. Customer service was a nightmare to get a hold of, and when I finally did, they just threw the blame on me for not catching it sooner. Even though their system had my right address, they wouldn't resend my order or give me a refund.
