App & PortalGoing through the whole ordeal of needing help on the side of the road was super nerve-wracking, but the tow truck that finally showed up did a great job. The tricky part for me was trying to set up the rescue online since I'm not really good with technology. Being stuck on the side of the highway just made it worse, with my phone signal cutting out and having to trek to the closest emergency phone to call for help. It would have been a lot easier if there was a simpler way to reach out for help without having to use the internet all the time.
