PriceWorth it, mostly — I bought this because my last trip turned into a medical circus and I'm not doing that again. It's tailored, cheap for the comfort it gives, and required zero paperwork. Haven't had to call support yet, so I can't vouch for claims handling, but for now I'm relieved.
