Claimshospitalization canceled the trip, I filed claim AV-2112956 and sent every doc they asked for. The policy itself covered what I expected, but customer service became infinite hold music. Replies were sporadic; twice they asked for docs I'd already sent, and for weeks I heard nothing. Delivery of the payout was glacial; I’m considering legal action. Not perfect, it eventually moved, but dealing with them was a headache, I’d warn friends.
