App & PortalStanding at my kitchen table, I almost gave up — login kept sending me to a password page and the forgotten link did nothing. I bought coverage for Australia, New Caledonia and a cruise (cruise was the whole point) and hadn’t seen it on the docs. After a few grumpy emails they finally replied, fixed my app login and confirmed the cruise is covered. Relieved and grateful, not perfect but it works now.
