Total pain — they refuse to let you cancel online and make you mail a handwritten paper form. It felt absurd and I had to send four emails begging for the form before they even replied. That alone made me pretty wary; if they’re that awkward about a cancellation, I don’t trust them with a real claim. I never used the coverage so I can’t say how they handle payouts, but honestly I’m annoyed and I wouldn’t sign up again.

better training, accurate profiles, or even a simple canned line linking to the exact clause — that’d avoid the back‑and‑forth. Not saying it’s useless, it does the job for many situations, but don’t assume theft is covered without reading the fine print and, well, don’t rely solely on a chat reply.
