VaporDNA - Reviews and experiences

I'm getting pretty frustrated with these shipping problems for packages that need a signature. I paid extra for that service, but the post office keeps messing up and not bringing it to my door, even when I'm home waiting for it. It's really annoying to have to deal with this over and over again, especially when I've been making sure everything's good for the delivery. I know VaporDNA can't control the post office's actions, but I think they should look into using other carriers like FedEx or UPS to give us better service. Driving into town and waiting in line at the post office to pick up my late deliveries is not fun and could be avoided with better shipping options. I really hope VaporDNA will think about offering different shipping services so we can have a smoother and more reliable delivery process.

I just made an online order and man, I was so disappointed with the delivery service. The post office didn't deliver my package, so they rescheduled it. I had to take a day off work for it. But you know what? The rescheduled delivery never even came! I was so frustrated and lost money from missing work. That "free" shipping they offered? Yeah right. It ended up costing me a day's pay and I didn't even get my package. I am definitely not using their services again.

I ordered some stuff and it took forever to get here, like two weeks with no info or anything. I had to bug customer service a bunch of times until I finally got help from a different person who actually fixed the problem right away. This new person was so helpful and awesome, but man, that first experience was a hassle.

I ordered a pink vape pen from this place and it took forever to ship. They apologized for the delay because of the holidays, but then my second order took even longer! They blamed it on some "unexpected delays", but I think they're just lazy. Because of them, I ended up going back to smoking real cigarettes. It's frustrating how they don't seem to care about their customers at all, they just seem to laugh at us. They're the worst, even worse than my teacher who always gives me detention for no reason. Ugh.
