App & PortalThis online shopping experience was so frustrating, eh? I did everything, entered all my info, and paid, but then boom - error message saying my address doesn't match. I was like, "What the heck?" I've used this address before without problems, eh? Then to top it off, they took my money but no email or order number! It's been a real pain trying to get help with this mess, eh?

App & PortalI had a really annoying experience with my recent purchase. When I went to pay for my order, the system just kept telling me to double-check my bank card number. Even though I tried entering it again and again, the payment just wouldn't go through. So, I decided to try my credit card but ran into the exact same issue. I was so upset when I saw that there were multiple charges on my bank account and credit card and didn't even get an order confirmation number. Now I'm just wondering when my money will be put back into my bank account.
