ComplaintsI just bought something from this company, and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The ordering process was so complicated and not easy to use at all. I had a hard time figuring out the website and finding what I wanted. Plus, the customer service was not great - taking forever to get back to me and not really helpful. On top of that, the prices were kinda high compared to other places that have the same stuff. And to make matters worse, my order took way longer to get to me than I thought it would, which was really inconvenient.
