CommunicationI got an e-reader for my son's birthday because he really wanted that one. He's loving it, says it's the right size and weight for him to hold, read, and take with him when he's on the go. The delivery was quick and the e-reader was well-packed. My only issue was that the delivery person didn't listen to my instructions, could've been an issue if it had rained. Delivery folks need to pay attention to what customers ask for.
