ComplaintsIt was so frustrating trying to cancel my yearly subscription with this journal. I've never had to jump through hoops like this before just to cancel a subscription. I thought a well-known journal like this would have an easier way for customers to manage their subscriptions. It's really not cool and honestly it's giving me a bad vibe as a customer.
