As a customer, I want to stress how important it is to keep an eye on your account details. I cancelled my renewal more than a year ago, but then had trouble logging in. I eventually gave up trying, only to find out later that I was charged $190 on my account. I'm feeling frustrated and let down by this experience, like I've been tricked. I really hope we can fix this quickly before things get worse.

My experience with the subscription service was honestly really disappointing. I signed up for a year, but later on, I found out it wasn't really my thing, so I decided not to renew. But then, the next year, they went ahead and charged me without asking me first. When I tried to cancel my subscription, it felt like they were giving me a hard time on purpose. The website sent me to a page that didn't even exist for cancellations, and when I contacted customer support, they were zero help and just made everything more complicated. In the end, I had to get my bank involved and report it to the fraud department to sort things out.

Despite all the hype in the ads, my time with the subscription was kind of a letdown. It took forever to get any response from them, and when I finally did, they said no to a refund. Pretty disappointing after all the headaches. The courses weren't all that great either, not very engaging or informative. I prefer watching TED Talks or YouTube for better content. Overall, this whole thing was a letdown, especially coming from a big company like that.

A few years back, my partner and I got given a subscription to this online platform as a gift. We weren't really into the courses they had, so we signed up but never actually checked any of them out. Turns out, they were taking out $180 a year from us for three years without us even knowing. The charges always happened around the holidays, so we never noticed them on our credit card statements. This year, we finally caught on and called customer service. They refunded us for this year and cancelled the auto renewal, but they wouldn't budge on the charges from the past years. It was super frustrating and a costly mistake on our end.

I got a learning platform gift not too long ago and was super pumped to dive in. But turns out, it just didn't jive with me. I didn't even crack open one lecture before deciding to call it quits on the gift. To my dismay, I was shut down when I asked for a refund because the gift had already been "redeemed." It's pretty annoying that this policy locks customers in, forcing them to keep something they're not feeling anymore.

I recently signed up for an online course, eh, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. The way they were hyping it up, I thought I'd be learning from the best in the biz, but all I got was a bunch of fluff and self-promotion. They were more interested in patting themselves on the back than actually teaching anything useful. And when I asked for my money back, they ghosted me. Total rip-off, eh, waste of my time and hard-earned money.
