ComplaintsI ordered a picture from them and it was really nice! But when I opened the package, I was so confused because the frame wasn't included. I thought it would be all together, but it wasn't. I had to go look for a frame for it, which was a bit annoying.

ComplaintsI ordered a map poster, eh, but when it arrived I got a thank you card for ordering a birth poster instead. It was kinda frustrating because it felt like they didn't pay attention to my actual purchase. I was looking forward to my map poster, not a birth poster. They should be more careful, you know, 'cause talking about birth can be really personal and emotional. I let them know about the mix-up, but they never apologized. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

ComplaintsSo, like, I ordered this totally awesome map with the frame and everything. The map itself is amazing and I really liked how they kept me in the loop through email about when it would arrive. But guess what? When it finally showed up, the map wasn't even in the frame as I paid for! It was a bit messed up because of that, which was pretty disappointing.
