Kapok pillows purchase
So, I bought these Kapok pillows from this company, right? And let me tell you, I've been pretty darn unhappy with them. After just a couple of months, the pillows lost their fluffiness and were not comfy to sleep on at all. I tried the suggested "fix" but no luck. When I tried to talk about it, they basically shrugged me off and took no responsibility. Even though the quality clearly dropped, they wouldn't admit it or do anything to make it right. Honestly, this whole experience has just left me feeling annoyed and let down, you know?
King size mattress purchase
The customer service was really nice and helpful, eh, but the product itself is just brutal, ya know? The firm side of the mattress makes you sink halfway through, bud, and to top it off, the mattress was 3 inches shorter than it should have been, eh? Seems like this is a common problem in the industry, and it's about time us consumers stand up and do something about it, eh?
Queen foam mattress
So, I went ahead and bought a foam mattress online, and man, was I ever disappointed! The thing stank to high heaven when I first got it, and it took forever for that smell to go away. Plus, after only a few days of sleeping on it, the darn thing started to sink in the middle. I was always sliding off the edge and waking up with a sore neck and upper back – never had that issue with my old mattress.
I tried contacting customer service, but they weren't much help at all. They wanted me to jump through all these hoops just to prove that there was something wrong with the mattress. I said forget it and decided to return it before the trial period was up. Let me tell you, that return process was a nightmare. They wanted me to donate the mattress to charity, but none of the local places would take it!
After a lot of headaches and wasted time, I finally got a pickup scheduled for the return.
