ComplaintsI bought a photo printer from this company not too long ago, and man was I bummed out by how things went down. The printer showed up way later than promised, the prints weren't up to snuff, and when I tried to get some help from customer service, they were totally useless. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this company if you want a good photo printer.

ComplaintsLet me tell you, that photo printer I bought was a total waste of money. The customer service was just terrible, with staff that seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Ordering was a nightmare, with confusing instructions and a website that was hard to use. And the products were so overpriced! The delivery took forever, and when my printer finally showed up, it was damaged! Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.
