I really like all the updates and improvements that italki keeps making to their platform. The addition of group lessons is awesome and has definitely made my learning experience better. But, there are a couple of things that I think need some work. First off, there's this annoying problem of getting disconnected from lessons in the italki classroom, which can really mess up the learning flow. And then, the limited withdrawal options are tricky, especially for users in places like Russia. It would be super helpful if they added more methods like AdvCash. Finally, it seems like there are fewer new student bookings lately, so maybe they could give us more info on student availability and time zones to help us schedule our lessons better.

I just booked a language lesson online on this platform. Sadly, my experience was quite disappointing. To start, my scheduled lesson got cancelled last minute because of unexpected events, which really annoyed me. Then I rebooked with another teacher, but the timing was changed without asking me first, causing me to waste time and mess up my schedule. Plus, during the lesson, my teacher lost connection, which made things even more inconvenient. Even with all these problems, I didn't get a refund, so I was left feeling unsatisfied with the whole situation.

I gotta say, I thought practicing a foreign language with native speakers or professional teachers was super helpful. It felt like the real deal, ya know? But man, the price tag on that service was a bit of a downer. If you wanna keep up with classes, you're gonna be shelling out some serious cash. And don't even get me started on the video calls - they were kind of a mess. Even with my kickass wifi at home, the video and audio quality were all over the place, messing with my learning experience. They really need to step it up in that department.
