Bunny dress for granddaughter
Bunny dress for granddaughter
SpeedI ordered a Bunny dress for my granddaughter on March 21st, expecting it to arrive by March 27th. Easter was coming up and I couldn't wait to see her in that adorable dress. But the delivery date kept getting pushed back, leaving me in the dark. The tracking info finally said it would arrive on April 4th, what a disaster! And to top it off, I kept getting emails from the company telling me to order the dress for Easter, like I hadn't already done it.
Express shipping service
Express shipping service
SpeedAs someone who's been shopping with them for a while now, I gotta say, I was really let down by the customer service I got on my last order. I paid extra for express shipping, but my package didn't show up when it was supposed to. The whole shipping process was a mess and I didn't get any updates on what was going on. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they weren't much help and just made excuses. They told me I'd only get a refund for the express shipping if my package was super late, which seemed totally unfair to me. It felt like I was getting punished for their mess-up. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience and I'm not planning on shopping with them again.
About Gymboree
Gymboree is an American retail company specializing in children's apparel and accessories. Founded in 1976 by Joan Barnes as a provider of play and music classes for infants and young children, the brand expanded into children's clothing in 1986. Over the years, Gymboree grew to include several brands under its umbrella, including Janie and Jack and Crazy 8. However, facing financial difficulties, Gymboree filed for bankruptcy in 2017 and again in 2019, leading to the closure of all its stores. The brand was later acquired by The Children's Place, which relaunched Gymboree in 2020 as an online-focused retailer. Gymboree is known for offering high-quality, colorful, and coordinated children's clothing that appeals to both parents and kids.
