ReliabilityI spent a lot of money on this one thing, but now all I have is frustration and an empty bank account. Can you believe it? No product, no refund. It's a joke. It's so hard to reach them, it's like pulling teeth. All they give me is empty promises and excuses. It's not that hard to deliver what I ordered in a reasonable time. But apparently, that's asking too much. It's really frustrating. Avoid this company. Just a heads up.
