CommunicationI contacted the company two times already to get help in figuring out the age of a pen that belonged to my dad. They haven't gotten back to me even after I sent a follow-up. It's been like this for a whole month now and it's kind of a letdown, especially since the product is supposed to be good. People thinking about buying from them should know about the not-so-great customer service they might get after making a purchase.
