App & PortalSo, eh, had this super weird bug in the app that was totally bugging me, ya know? I got in touch with customer service for help, and they were like, "We'll take care of it and keep you updated." Few days go by, and I noticed the bug was fixed and everything was running smooth. Then, a few days after that, customer service got back to me to let me know they had fixed the bug. Pretty impressive, eh? Fast and awesome follow-up, gotta say!

App & PortalI had some trouble with my app not loading properly, so I decided to contact customer service for assistance. I was really happy when Peter got back to me within a day, especially since it was a long weekend. He was able to resolve the problem quickly, and now my app is back to normal. Big shoutout to Peter and the rest of the team at this language learning app, you guys are amazing! Now I can continue learning without any issues.

I really like that the team actually listens to what users have to say and is always trying to make the platform better. For example, they recently added a feature that lets you log in with your Apple ID on your computer, which is something lots of people wanted.
