App & PortalI gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole ordering deal at your company. The website was a real mess, and it was a struggle for me to track down and buy the software I was after. Plus, the lack of clear instructions just added to my headache, and I wasted way more time than I should've just trying to figure it all out. And don't even get me started on customer service - I tried reaching out for help, and all I got was a slow and not-so-helpful response. All in all, the whole ordering situation was pretty disappointing and could definitely use some work.

Issue with free trial link for design software
App & PortalI had some trouble with the free trial link for the design software. It just kept timing out, and I couldn't find any customer support to help me out. It made it really tough for me to check out the product and see what it could do.
