Software purchase for design and engineering solutions
As a user of design and engineering solutions, I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with the software we recently got. Our industry has been leaning towards this specific software, but it's not living up to expectations. There are so many bugs that it's hard to get anything done efficiently. It's frustrating to see such low-quality software being used in our industry. It feels like they didn't put much effort into making it work properly.

I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole ordering deal at your company. The website was a real mess, and it was a struggle for me to track down and buy the software I was after. Plus, the lack of clear instructions just added to my headache, and I wasted way more time than I should've just trying to figure it all out. And don't even get me started on customer service - I tried reaching out for help, and all I got was a slow and not-so-helpful response. All in all, the whole ordering situation was pretty disappointing and could definitely use some work.
Issue with free trial link for design software
I had some trouble with the free trial link for the design software. It just kept timing out, and I couldn't find any customer support to help me out. It made it really tough for me to check out the product and see what it could do.
