ReliabilityI was really let down by the monthly subscription service from this company, eh. They said I'd get a shipment every month, but it never came through, and they didn't even bother to let me know about any delays. It was super frustrating, and because of their unreliable service, my project that should have taken a year dragged out to two years. It seems like they're just selling more than they can handle, rather than having real supply problems. After this experience, there's no way I'd ever deal with this company again, eh.
