CommunicationI recently bought something from this store online and got the wrong thing by mistake. I sent it back quick, but still no refund. I tried emailing them lots through their "contact us" page, but no response. When I finally talked to someone on the phone, they said it was because my address was wrong. But it was just a little difference, shouldn't have messed things up this much.
